Customs Policy
Custom Orders - When you request a custom order, a custom order listing will be created. This listing must be purchased before any work is done on your order. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Before creating a custom item, information such as color, size, and deadline should be provided upon submitting the request.
Care instructions:
All of our clothing and towels designs are made with commercial grade heat transfer material and applied with a professional heat press to insure the proper heat and amount of pressure. We recommend that you wash clothing inside out in cold water, no bleach, dry on low heat. Do not use an iron on vinyl.
The graphics and designs on our glassware is Vinyl. We use commercial grade outdoor vinyl which is waterproof, will not fade an will last for many years if it is taken care of properly. Recommend that all of our glassware be washed by hand. Do not microwave.
Crocheted items are washable and can be dried on low heat.
If you need an order by a certain date contact me first to make sure it is doable.
Please allow 2-5 business days (M-F) to process your order. Processing and Shipping times may vary in peak seasons.
Most orders ship via USPS priority mail and will normally arrive 1-5 business days. However, I can’t be responsible for delivery once I drop off with the post office as delays are out of my control.

Return policy
I gladly accept exchanges, contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery. I don’t accept returns or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns or cancellations for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Baby items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
