Rules For Custom Orders

When you request a custom order, a custom order listing will be created. This listing must be purchased before any work is done on your order. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Before creating a custom item, information such as color, size, and deadline should be provided upon submitting the request.

If you need an order by a certain date contact me first to make sure it is doable.

Please allow 2-5 business days (M-F) to process your order. Processing and Shipping times may vary in peak seasons.

Most orders ship via USPS priority mail and will normally arrive 1-5 business days.
